Free design stands
All Exhibitors opting for construction under the Free Design mode must send the project (floor plan and dimensioned front and side elevations, 3D perspective or renderings) to the FEINDEF 2023 technical secretariat at [email protected] / [email protected] for approval before 10 April 2025.
Participation as an exhibitor in this format requires the compulsory contracting of the following services:
• Minimum electricity consumption (0.13 Kw/ m²): at applicable IFEMA rate for 2025, which is 7.430 €/m².
• Assembly fee: this service is also charged at the applicable IFEMA rate for 2025, which is € 8,75/m². These charges are compulsory and required by IFEMA from all exhibitors, and therefore not subject to discounts. The Organizers of the Trade Fair will be responsible for the collection of both charges from the exhibitor.

The Exhibitor has the option of passing on the “assembly fee” to the corresponding assembly company.

Each exhibitor may hire the services of the company it considers most appropriate for the design, production, assembly and disassembly of its free-design stand. To facilitate this, the organisers of FEINDEF 25 recommend three official suppliers from whom you may request a quote and, ultimately, contract their services.
