The International Defence and Security Exhibition of Spain, FEINDEF, has the institutional support of the Ministry of Defence of Spain

FEINDEF has enjoyed the institutional support of the Ministry of Defence since its first edition in 2019, and it has consolidated the active participation of numerous national and international institutions. Among them are the European Commission —through DG DEFIS and DG CONNECT—; the Ministry of the Interior, through the National Police, the Civil Guard, and the Directorate General for Civil Protection; the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, through ENISA; the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise, through ICEX; and the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, through the CDTI.

Additional participating institutions include the National Intelligence Centre (CNI), the National Institute for Aerospace Technology (INTA), and leading international organizations such as the European Defence Agency (EDA), EUROPOL, NATO, OCCAR, and the United Nations.

This broad institutional involvement reflects the cross-cutting nature of the exhibition and its key role as a meeting platform for the national and international defence and security ecosystem.

The International Defence & Security Exhibition of Spain, FEINDEF, is the only exhibition in the Defence and Security sector with the institutional support of the Ministry of Defence.

In each edition, this support is joined by international institutions and organisations such as:
  • The European Union.
  • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.
  • The Ministry of the Interior, including the participation of the Guardia Civil, the National Police and Civil Protection.
  • The Ministry of Industry and Tourism.
  • The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise.
  • The Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
  • Other organisations and entities belonging to the aforementioned ministries such as the CNI, INTA, INCIBE, ENISA, ICEX and CDTI.

The International Defence and Security Exhibition of Spain, FEINDEF, is a biennial event organized by Fundación Feindef, with the institutional support of the Ministry of Defence of Spain. With four halls and an exhibition area of over 60,000 m², FEINDEF 25 is firmly established as the leading platform for showcasing our companies and organizations to the international market.
