TECNASA/COECA have more than 40 years of experience designing, and manufacturing rubber and silicone products for the military and aerospace industries. Our 75 employees, 15% of which are graduates, generate an annual turnover of roughly 10M€. Our factories are equipped with production capabilities to manufacture parts by injection, compression, or extrusion processes. We have developed the ability to formulate and compound our own raw materials, which allows our companies to offer customized products that offer outstanding capabilities for the industry and its applications.

Our companies are certified in ISO9001, EN9100, and PECAL AQAP. Furthermore, TECNASA is the only company is Europe that is NADCAP Certified in the manufacturing of elastomeric parts.

Besides our capability to manufacture parts using a single elastomer (rubber, silicone, etc.), TECNASA/COECA can also manufacture hybrid parts that combine an elastomer with other materials, such as: fiberglass, carbon fiber, stainless steel, brass, plastic, or polyamide, among others.
