For the Navy, we have carried out the testing and commissioning of the Maritime action vessels by integrating and testing the different signals of the systems in the IPMS.

Surcontrol is specialized in robotics within the naval sector, offering solutions focused on the user in a simple and intuitive way. Within these solutions we have developed welding systems for open units where the robot enables welding of gaps and deck plates with bulkheads and stiffeners with the highest standards of quality and precision.

In the same way, we have developed a robotic plasma cutting and marking system for bulbs, rims, L plates and T plates, resulting in maximum precision, definition, and quality finishes in the cut, reducing production time and increasing productivity.

Not only do we work in the naval sector, but we have also taken our experience to the aeronautical sector, developing highly demanded robotized solutions with artificial vision, such as the automatic drilling and riveting of titanium elements coated with carbon fiber.

Another system is the robotic sanding system with automatic fan-cowl sanding changeover, which converts a fully manual production model to a robotic one, thus increasing production, improving final quality, and improving working conditions for the workers.
