Virtual Reality eXperience SL also known under the trade name of VRXsim®, is a motion solutions manufacturer with its headquarters in Barcelona. It was founded by 2 airline aviation Captains in 2016. Since then, the focus of the company has been to deliver the best cost-efficient products to the market, including design, software and hardware.

The Core business of the company are the 6DOF (Degrees Of Freedom) motion platforms but other products such as full ended simulators are also part of the portfolio. The motion platforms allow a wide number of applications, of which the most common are flight simulators (Fix and rotary wings aircrafts, EVTOL’s or drones). Other highly useful areas of usage are laboratory testing, ground and sea vehicles simulators, action cinema movie effects, etc.

In early 2020 an important milestone was set by VRXsim®; a partnership with Siemens in order to power all 6DOF’s with state of the art electrical components such as Servo Motors/Drives and protections. This meant a huge quality upgrade which improved the reliability and the possibilities for customization of the motion platforms.

Economically speaking, since its foundation, the company’s revenue has doubled each year with the exception of 2020 and 2021 due the COVID-19 crisis, which resulted in postponed projects. At the end of 2022, VRXsim revenue has reached its max peak, doubling its best pre-COVID results of 2019.
