HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR?
GLOBAL SPONSOR AWARDED
Sponsorship designed for companies with service capabilities and comprehensive solutions related to the Defence and Security sector.
To select this sponsor category, an obligatory and essential condition is having been a sponsor in any category for at least one of the two past editions of the Feindef Exhibition.
Price: 50.000 euros (+21% IVA)
- Inclusion of logo on: lanyards for visitors and delegations, official website, e-mailings, newsletters, official.
- Catalogue, advertising of the fair in specialised media and at the venue. Back cover (1-page advertisement) of the official catalogue.
- Inclusion of a merchandising article in official goody bags (articles provided by sponsor) Corporate logo on one side of official bag of the event.
- 10 invitations to official inauguration cocktail reception.
- Presence on the stage and participation in official fair presentation event. Release of corporate video of the event.
- Inclusion of logo on materials and at official presentation of the fair.
Organisation of presentation or round-table discussion, of 1 hour duration, in official programme of conferences.*
*The official conferences programme will be subject to the organisation and exclusive approval of the organisers.
The time and subject must be agreed with the organisers.
GOLD SPONSOR AWARDED
Sponsorship category that will be opened first to all companies – with no restrictions on the number – who applied for the highest category of GLOBAL SPONSOR, but were not selected.
If these companies do not cover five places, the following process will be conducted:
1. Other companies may choose this sponsorship category, until reaching six sponsors.
2. Companies that have been sponsors, in any category, at FEINDEF 21 shall have preference.
3. If, after applying the condition from the last point, the number of companies is greater than the places available, there will be a drawing among them all.
4. If, after applying the previous points, there are still places in this sponsorship category, other companies may apply for them, where rule 3 shall be applied as applicable.
Price: 25.000 EUROS (+21% IVA).
- Inclusion of logo on: official website, e-mailings, newsletters, official catalogue, advertising of the fair in specialised media and at the venue.
- Double-page advertisement in official catalogue.
- Inclusion of a merchandising article in official goody bags (articles provided by sponsor)
- 6 invitations to official inauguration cocktail reception.
- Inclusion of logo on materials and at official presentation of the fair.
- Inclusion of promotional video (maximum 1 minute) or original advertising video on loop shown on the screens inside the pavilions.
- Participation of a speaker in a conference, panel or round-table discussion within the official programme of conferences.*
* The official conferences programme will be subject to the organisation and exclusive approval of the organisers.
The time and subject must be agreed with the organisers.
SILVER SPONSOR AWARDED
Category of sponsorship that will be opened to all companies who, having applied for the GOLD SPONSOR category, were not selected.
If these companies do not cover six places, the following process will be conducted:
1. Other companies may choose this sponsorship category, until reaching six sponsors.
2. Companies that have been sponsors, in any category, at FEINDEF 21 shall have preference.
3. If, after applying the condition from the last point, the number of companies is greater than the places available, there will be a drawing among them all.
4. If, after applying the previous points, there are still places in this sponsorship category, other companies may apply for them, where rule 3 shall be applied as applicable.
Price: 15.000 EUROS (+21% IVA)
- Inclusion of logo on: official website, e-mailings, newsletters, official catalogue, advertising of the fair in specialised media and at the venue.
- 1-page advertisement in official catalogue.
- Inclusion of a merchandising article in official goody bags (articles provided by sponsor) 4 invitations to official inauguration cocktail reception.
- Inclusion of promotional video (maximum 1 minute) or original advertising video on loop shown on the screens inside the pavilions.
- Inclusion of logo on materials and at official presentation of the fair.
GENERAL SPONSOR
All companies may choose this category with no limit on the number.
Price: 8.000 EUROS (+21% IVA).
- Inclusion of logo on: official website, e-mailings, newsletters, official catalogue, advertising of the fair in specialised media and at the venue.
- 1-page advertisement in official catalogue.
- 2 invitations to official inauguration cocktail reception.
- Inclusion of logo on materials and at official presentation of the fair.

Deadline for sponsorship requests: 15 July 2022
The organisation shall notify all those involved of the date and location of the draw with su-icient notice.
After the date of the draw, if there are sponsorship places left to be covered, they will be awarded
directly strictly by order or the email sent to the email address marketing@feindef.com over the course
of the duration of the commercial process of the fair.
Once a sponsorship is awarded, any company the withdraws their sponsorship is considered to
withdraw it in all categories.
