The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism (MINCOTUR), through its presence in FEINDEF, wants to give visibility to the INDUSTRIAL dimension of the defense industry, highlighting its participation in the modernization of our Armed Forces with, for example, 16,600 million euros from the 464B budget program since 1997, and the importance of collaborating in the creation of a powerful Industrial and Technological Base.

The importance of MINCOTUR for the Aeronautical, Defense, Security and Space sectors (Sectoral Areas represented by TEDAE organization dedicated to the promotion and development of these industries) is evident. These industries are essential to the Spanish economy and strategic generators of growth and prosperity.

MINCOTUR attends the event with the General Directorate of Industry and SMEs, the National Innovation Company (ENISA), the School of Industrial Organization (EOI), the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), and the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX); all these institutions will give visibility of a common force idea highlighting its contribution to this strategic industrial sector.
