The company manufactures specialist logistic, protected, and armoured vehicles in its facility in Bolzano in Northern Italy, and markets as well Iveco’s full commercial range, adapted as necessary to meet the demands of the military user. IDV’s product portfolio can be divided in three ranges: Multirole Vehicles, Armoured Vehicles as well as Logistic and Tactical Trucks.

The range of Multirole Vehicles is characterized by exceptional mobility, both tactical and operational, and is highly adaptable to meet the demands of any mission worldwide. The extensive product offer, including protected and non-protected platforms, fulfil any operational requirements in the weight range from 3.5 to 12 tonnes with growth capability.

IDV also looks back on a long tradition of excellence in developing wheeled armoured platforms that had its beginning in the 1930s, when the plant was founded. Since then, the company has developed several 6x6 and 8x8 armoured vehicles for land and amphibious operations.

IDV’s portfolio of logistic and tactical trucks covers a wide range from van to heavy equipment transporters, capable of moving loads in excess of 75t. Available as 4x2, 4x4, 6x4, 6x6, 8x4, 8x8, 10x10, these vehicles fulfil logistic and tactical roles for a wide range of defence forces and are capable of operating in different scenarios in country and abroad.
