Escribano Engineering & Mechanical Group (EM&E Group) is one of the largest exhibitors at FEINDEF 25. Its products are on display at various points throughout the fair, and it presented important new products during the show.
The most notable piece on its central stand is the new 6x6 armored vehicle developed jointly with the Emirati group Edge and officially presented on May 13. Based on the 27-ton Edge Jais platform, it incorporates a dual Guardian 30 RWS equipped with a 30 mm automatic cannon and up to four anti-tank missiles in dual launchers placed on either side of the turret.
Another vehicle on display is a VAMTAC equipped with a complete C-UAS anti-drone system, with detection radars and an optronic guidance RWS equipped with a 40 mm grenade launcher. The third vehicle in the competition is another VAMTAC equipped with the 120 mm EMOC mortar system. All of these are weapon systems developed by EME Group.
One of the most innovative systems is the manned Guardian 30T turret, presented for the first time at FEINDEF. It comes in a standard configuration with a 30 or 40mm MK 44 Bushmaster II cannon (standard or extended version), up to 12 grenade launchers for smoke bombs or fragmentation grenades, and a 7.62mm machine gun; it also offers the option of integrating a launcher with two anti-tank missiles.
Regarding naval unmanned turrets, EM&E Group is introducing the Sentinel 2.0, a lightweight and compact remotely controlled weapon station incorporating a 20mm Oerlikon KAA cannon adaptable to 25mm. It is specially designed for integration on ships and patrol boats, enabling day and night operations and automatic target tracking and locking.
At its main stand, a large screen displays the SIVE surveillance system used by the Civil Guard, which uses EM&E Group's OTEOs optronic cameras.
On display at the same stand are the ALKON ammunition guidance kit, a universal guidance kit for 155 mm artillery shells, 122 mm rockets, and 120 mm mortar grenades, based on GNSS signals. Its sensors, guidance algorithm, and control section allow this system to improve effective launch accuracy and achieve a penetration range (CEP) of less than 30 meters.
Completing the stand's display are its aunav NEO variable geometry robotic technology robot, especially suitable for EOD missions, and its new aunav BEST, an enlarged and improved version of the previous one, with variable geometry and capable of carrying remote weapon stations, in this case mounting an Aspis RWS with a 7.62 mm machine gun. Based on these same systems, it is exhibiting two more: the aunav NEO in CASEVAC configuration (casualty evacuation, equipped with a stretcher) and the aunav NEXT, specifically designed for EOD/IED/CBRN and VBIED missions.
In addition to the main stand, in Hall 4, it is exhibiting another, much more powerful and long-range anti-drone defense solution mounted on an IVECO truck, a SENTINEL 30 unmanned station (30 mm cannon), and an OTEOS electro-optical system, combining tactical mobility with firepower and high-precision sensors for protection against aerial threats in a single system.
